CONFIRMATION

All middle school students are elgible for confirmation.  This requires participation in Sunday night programs and a confirmation retreat.  Students must attend all Sunday night lessons (do not have to attend rally, fun nights) with only two excused absences.  Students who are unable to meet these requirements will be allowed to begin fresh next year as we will be continually covering confirmation topics on Sunday nights.

Confirmation classes start promptly at 5pm and end at 6pm, there is hangout time from 6-7 and the cafe will be open selling snacks and drinks.

Confirmation Retreat

This years overnight Confirmation Retreat is March 16-17. We will be spending the night at Dauphin Island UMC. We will leave Christ UMC in a church bus at 5:30 sharp, and will return on the 17th at noon. You can click here to download the Confirmation Forms.

Confirmation Celebration

The Confirmation Celebration will be held at 5pm on March 18th. Please be there by 3pm for rehersal. Students should wear dress clothes for this service. Please remember that only students that have completed the above mentioned attendance requirements will be confirmed.
